    Job Description

    Customer-facing: You'll be working with a trailblazing team, engaging with our customers on newly released AI-based solutions. Leveraging our solution validation framework, your everyday will be a mix of customer outreach, engagement planning & management, and business value tracking.

    Intern Project Scope:

    • Performance Evaluation and ROI Analysis

    • Stakeholder Feedback and Risk Assessment

    • Optimization and Resource Allocation

    • Alignment with Business Goals and Sustainability

    • Communication and Reporting

    Learning: You'll be exposed to the realities of AI-based products: the hype, the expectations, the capabilities, the challenges, and the opportunities at a potentially paradigm-shifting moment in technology.

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student pursuing a Masters or MBA degree in Engineering, Business Management, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Sciences, or a related field.

      • 3 - 6 years of related experience
      • Able to commit to a 24-week internship from summer 2024
    • Strategic mindset: able to drive product strategy that achieves substantial customer value and business outcomes; able to make trade-off decisions considering what's desirable, viable, and technically feasible

    • Technical Skills: The candidate should have strong technical skills with the ability to curate synthetic data and work with data aggregation tools. Experience with AI would be an added advantage. Familiarity with the Now platform is a plus, but not required.

    • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities.

    • Communication Skills: The candidate should possess excellent communication skills. They should also be able to create documentation from a new user's perspective and communicate the value of newly validated solutions to customers and partners. Top-notch written and oral communication skills.

    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions

    • Collaboration Skills: The candidate should have strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with product design teams and work with cross-functional teams.

    • Analytical Skills: The candidate should have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and align them with the solutions we offer.

    • Creative Thinking: The candidate should have a creative mindset with the ability to come up with innovative ideas and solutions for improving the user experience and driving customer adoption.

    • Time Management: The candidate should be able to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
