Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
Build relationship with both Japan field team & broader global stakeholders including product development team and acts as the program manager to lead product & contents localization related project.
Ensures project plans and schedules are integrated and aligned to overall organizational and business strategy.
Ownership of full project life cycle from initiation to project close
Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
Establish and facilitate effective project governance including appropriate meetings, reporting, risk and issue management, assurance and project management control process.
Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders and sponsors.
Sort out the request & priority and communicate with certain stakeholders / product owners / internationalization team to reflect it to the launch roadmap.
Define requirements for immediate needs as well as develop the roadmap for how our product & contents should evolve to meet local requirement and competitive advantage.
Project Manage concurrent small, mid and large-scale enterprise projects that span one or multiple lines of business, employing structured project management methodologies, to ensure projects are delivered per the intended business objectives and expected value is realized.
Identify and secure participation from cross-functional resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
Primary items to be managed should be 1) product localization, 2) GTM contents localization, 3) Customer Success support contents localization (Best Practice contents, Web contents, demo & video contents).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
Mandates
Japanese Native + English fluent should be mandate.
3+ years of experience in Project Management
Proven ability to successfully drive and deliver projects on time, on budget and with quality.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work internally across content and technical teams as well as externally.
Strongly recommends
3+ years of experience overall, in international content or localization related roles Experience directing the creation of content across multiple languages and locales

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
