    Job Description

    Primarily responsible for providing oversight and administration of a program or project. Defines client needs, determines a strategy for addressing those needs, develops a plan/proposal for the delivery of the program or project, and executes on the delivery of the program or project. Undertake executive presentations to present the key findings and recommendations of the final deliverables. Performance is typically evaluated based on a series of OKRs that are set as part of the program or project strategy. 

    Under the guidance of the Program Owner, you will be responsible for working directly with internal customers to provide ad hoc support and execute on pre-defined programs, including:

    Manages and executes on the following in-flight programs:

    • Value Composer User Help Desk - provide white glove service assisting users with the delivery of customer engagements by supporting office hours, "rational checks" and technical support 
    • Tools Roadmap - collect value audience feedback and manage a recommendation backlog, including identifying and creating technical backlog items
    • Roadshows and Workshops - provide support in the development and management of workshops; including the development of agendas, activities (design thinking), and summarizing findings into final deliverables and recommendations  
    • Business Case Help Desk white glove service:
      • Guide / Assist internal customers struggling with our internal value calculation software
      • Assist users with developing bespoke value calculations – You will need to create a hypothesis of how internal customer objectives can be turned into quantifiable outcomes, conduct research to support your assumptions and calculations, create the financial calculation model in our internal calculation software (very similar to Excel or Google Sheets), and then ratify the model with the internal customer
    • Business Case Calculator Roadmap curation - collect value audience feedback and manage a recommendation backlog, including identifying and creating technical backlog items
    • Analytics and visualization – conduct limited analytics of smaller data sets (can be completed within MS Excel) and work with a senior data analyst and a data scientist to port information into dashboards that you create and maintain (dashboards will be in PowerBI).

    This is a European time shift role, although the active hours are somewhat flexible.

    Qualifications

    • An ability to design a financial / economic model, this usually requires:
      • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistical Modeling, Analytics or another related field
      • At least 2 years experience in a role requiring designing and building financial models of economic benefits
      • At least 2 years experience in a role requiring primary and secondary research
    • An ability to work directly with internal customers and teams
      • At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing role where you provided direct customer support
      • Presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and whiteboarding
    • An ability to work remotely with teams that span timezones and locations, this usually requires:
      • Enjoyment working in a collaborative  environment
      • Executive presence with a humble demeanor
    • Must be able to work the European time shift role
