We are seeking a Manager, Partner Sales Strategy & Analysis to join our Alliance and Channel Ecosystem (ACE) organization to support GTM strategy and strategic planning in support of go-to-market initiatives with our Global Partners. This role, being 1st one from our org in the country, will serve as a leadership and player coach for future hires. The preferred candidate will have experience supporting Sales and Channel, is comfortable managing large data sets, has strong attention to detail, has the ability to synthesize results, and has strong communication skills. They will work cross-functionally across partner sales, direct sales, operations, IT and finance, with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
What you get to do in this role:
Build global partners’ TAM model and provide strategic analysis on partners’ services revenues by segments, ServiceNow share, top end customers, product portfolio and whitespace etc.
Spearhead both primary and secondary research on global partners
Primary POC for preparing slides for Global Partner QBRs, EBCs or other Sales leadership presentations.
Own performance and productivity analysis. Extract data sets, perform analyses, build data models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal or other initiatives with global partners.
Lead global partner strategic program & initiatives’ tracking, reporting and ROI performance. Work with leadership for partner program spend strategy and track ROI.
Work with BI to automate partner account health reporting and required enhancements.
Drive strategic long-range planning, annual operating plan and forecasting for partner sales in partnership with partner sales operations and global ACE planning.
Support the implementation of Sales productivity, planning and reporting tools.
Maintain databases and develop weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics reports
Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of sales finance and partner operations
Serve as leader and player coach for future hires in the country
Willing to work with teams in different time zones
