Job Description
We are looking for a rockstar Marketing Engagement Specialist to join our expanding CXO Initiatives team. Our mission is to strengthen and deepen ServiceNow’s CxO relationships through our customers’ success across every touchpoint in their journey with us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross functionally to craft and manage marketing programs and events that increase visibility, trust, and loyalty across our Marquee business.
The Marketing Engagement Specialist should have expertise in event planning, project management, as well as curating executive events and programs that build long-term relationships and foster peer-to-peer engagement.
This position demands a highly motivated individual with strong marketing, communication, and organizational skills that is eager to learn and become part of a rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-develop marketing programs that align with the overall objectives of the Marquee business
Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of marketing events in partnership with Marketing
Provide guidance to the organization to ensure consistency in Marquee Experience brand messaging and positioning across all events and channels
Manage budgets, timelines, and project plans for programs and ensure they are executed within the defined scope and timeline
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as enterprise sales, marketing, and partners to ensure events are integrated into overall marketing campaigns
Work with sales teams to identify and execute events that drive engagement and growth with Marquee customers
Plan and execute executive events, including but not limited to C-level dinners, VIP roundtables, and thought leadership panels
Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the effectiveness of events and provide recommendations for future improvements
Stay up-to-date on the latest C-level and event marketing trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of programs
Qualifications
For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $104,900 - $173,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
