    Job Description

    Internship Program Overview 

    At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their careers, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week summer internship opportunities across various business functions.  

    Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team-building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and a dedicated summer coach to further grow their careers with us.

    Marketing Overview

    Marketing is the engine room for growth at ServiceNow. 

    We fuel the success of our customers, sales, and products. We have a customer-first mindset in all that we do. As a Marketing team, we are laser focused on how we can connect with our customers by creating simple sweet spot targeting, and the positioning and packaging of our products and solutions. We help our customers gain the most value from our products by providing best practices, business cases and trainings.  

    We drive velocity through standard product packaging, simplified pricing, and discount guidance. Additionally, we partner closely with Sales to build high-quality pipeline through targeted Marketing activities ranging from strategic and executive events, webinars, digital acquisition, SEO, and more!  

    Our MBA Internship Opportunities 

    Product & Solutions Marketing

    • Drive the product and solution marketing strategy by working across go to market teams to develop messaging, value propositions, use cases and assets that describe the unique benefits of ServiceNow for organizations.
    • Build content aligned to personas to execute on the product and solution marketing strategy, including sales enablement, webinars, white papers, eBooks, blogs, sales trainings, success guides, customer case studies, and internal communications.
    • Present content to external and internal audiences including sales kickoff, sales trainings, executive briefing center, Knowledge, Now at Work, webinars, industry conferences and analyst and press briefings.
    • Help identify and support key marketing activities - including speaker selection, content reviews, and messaging support.
    • Champion the buyer’s journey and align with the campaigns team to map digital content and assets to appropriate stages for a great user experience and campaign optimization.
    • Help develop and deliver sales training content to improve funnel and sales performance.
    • Act as a spokesperson for ServiceNow products and solutions.
    • Develop a strong understanding of cross organizational use cases for our products and solutions.

    Qualifications

    Who you are

    • Currently enrolled first-year MBA student pursuing degree in Business, Marketing or a related field 
      • Graduating December 2024, or later 
      • 2-4 years prior work experience within marketing, Product/Solution/Digital Marketing, Management Consulting, Product Management, Business Development, Sales and Sales Engineering.  
    • Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus. 
    • Well-rounded, strong communicator, analytical and creative problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrix organization with competing priorities.

    For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $https://66.21, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
