    • Set and drive the strategic market priorities, resources and investment of ServiceNow GPS internally as our specialized channel between diverse cross-functional organizations including Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting, Ventures, Strategy and Services.

    • Develop and execute data-driven measurement and reporting strategies that empower dedicated local ServiceNow sales teams to exponentially grow their impact for clients and partners, both enhancing our performance on existing engagements and identifying new opportunities to deliver ServiceNow solutions for newer, greater challenges.

    • Build a data-driven, multi-year roadmap for orchestrating the full capacity of ServiceNow solutions and expertise for the mission success of our clients and partners.

    • Partner with and support local Public Sector sales teams in identifying and communicating the unique requirements, trends and needs of our Public Sector clients and partners for U.S. SLED.

    • Achieve growth goals and targets set to ensure the measurable success of our clients and partners and the impact of our internal teams.

    • Combine effective and efficient business acumen with five-star executive client and relationship management to achieve greater mission success, from analyzing business performance to increase our impact, to representing that impact on the world stage through global alliances and networks.

    Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

    • 8+ years proven track record of cross-functional leadership experience across core functions of a high-growth Public Sector business, including but not limited to Client Management, IT Service Management, Partnerships and Alliances, Product and Sales

    • Experience serving in leadership roles with U.S. SLED government or higher education institutions
