The NPI/GTM Readiness Execution Manager will support cross-functional, strategic launches of new innovation to market ensuring value chain readiness and accelerating time to value. You will ensure process excellence, manage or contribute to key portfolio process milestones, as well as identify opportunities and drive continuous optimization to achieve better quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, extremely organized, and works collaboratively with others to execute activities in a timely manner, provide value to our GTM ecosystem of partners. The successful candidate demonstrates a bias for action and contributes thought leadership and easily turns that into action to achieve desired business outcomes. In addition, the selected candidate has demonstrated empathy and understanding of our cross-functional community to be able to effectively define, socialize, secure buy-in, communicate, and implement changes to stakeholders.
What you get to do in this role:
Influence and work cross-functionally to align functional plans, identifying, and actively managing risks and issues to resolution to ensure successful launch
Ensure comprehensive planning including post sale readiness
Lead or contribute to key portfolio readiness execution milestones
Process definition, documentation, execution, governance, and optimization
Continuously apply a customer / partner lens across the customer journey to identify and execute optimization opportunities to improve business objectives
Process optimization & stakeholder change management
Plan, lead, and facilitate stakeholder forums to address topical issues and support execution
Proactively address issues or mitigate risks with cross-functional teams to ensure GTM readiness for launch
Ensure post launch activities are completed and communicated
Understand KPI's and driving action plans cross-functionally to improve KPI's
Define, scope, solution and lead improvement initiatives
Develop, manage and execute detailed project plans that consider all requirements, constraints, resources, and deliverables associated with the defined objectives
Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring all workstream deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and with quality
Deliver progress updates to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate:
Master's degree in Business, Product Management, or Operations or 4+ years of related experience
High Attention to detail & Strong organizational skills to execute quickly and efficiently
Self-motivated, Fast learner who thrives in fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment to drive results
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead matrixed teams towards a common goal
Highly analytical, fact driven, and process oriented mindset
Well-versed in SaaS business processes and customer lifecycle.
Combination of strong intellect, exceptional active listening skills, curious, and creative problem solving skills
Excellent process definition, interdependency mapping, swimlane flow documentation skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $119,300 - $208,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
