The Customer and Industry Workflows business unit products enable organizations to harness the power of the whole company to serve the customer. Our portfolio - Industry specific products for Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing verticals, along with Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) – drive great customer experiences by delivering great omnichannel customer engagement and uniting the front, middle, and back office to help teams resolve issues faster.
Outbound Product Managers are key to helping us scale our go-to-market (GTM) as we continue to be one of the fastest growing business units at ServiceNow. Outbound Product Managers combine a deep understanding of product capabilities and market / competitive dynamics with a passion to inform roadmap and help our GTM, partner and customer ecosystem understand the value delivered.
This role will help scale the GTM efforts of Customer and Industry Workflows products in Japan, a strategic market for ServiceNow. They will combine their understanding of the Japanese market and their knowledge of Customer and Industry Workflow products to equip the Japan GTM teams with high quality enablement content that helps accelerate the growth of Customer and Industry Workflow products in Japan.

Deliver high quality enablement content that describes the value of product innovation
Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and success outcomes in Japan, and provide this feedback to influence product roadmap
Develop best practices assets to drive product adoption by customers and partners in Japan
Become a trusted resource to promote the ServiceNow vision with industry influencers, strategic partners, customers, and analyst firms in Japan.
Share the ServiceNow vision and product roadmap with strategic customers in Japan
Work in close coordination with Inbound Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Success and Technical Alliances to accelerate go-to-market and customer adoption in Japan
Lead cross-functional teams to accomplish our goals.
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Fluent in Japanese AND English
8 - 12 years of Product Management or related experience
Deep expertise in customer service and field service applications
Very strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English.
Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers, executive staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
