    Position summary

    contributing to our company's success in the German market.

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations

    • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for enterprise customers

    • Negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system

    • Travel within Germany and potentially other European countries as required

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology or software industry

    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

    • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

    • Strong knowledge of the German market and business practices

    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

    • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions

    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales

    • Willingness to travel within Germany and potentially other European countries
