The role
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling service agreements, as well as supporting existing clients to meet their staffing goals through effective use of Shiftkeys' platform. Additional responsibilities include analyzing pay rates and market trends, prospecting, cold calling, and building your book of business. This is achieved by reaching out to health care facilities in your assigned territory to enroll in a service agreement/contract with Shiftkey, as well as providing account management to the providers (nurses) that have signed up to use the application.
Where you’ll work
This role is 100% onsite M-F, located in Las Colinas/Irving, Texas.
What you’ll be doing
Adhere to the training program by consistently and successfully meeting the KPI and metrics set for each milestone to progress through the goals and milestones.
Initiate outbound calls and qualify potential clients for Shiftkey products and services.
Maintain regular contact with various client groups to help meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Will be involved in meetings/presentations, and fostering an open line of communication via phone, email, and face-to-face with with multiple groups and internal stakeholders of varying levels
Account management of assigned territory using customer advocacy tactics and data insights to retain and upgrade business clients.
What you’ll need
A bachelor's degree or related work experience in a sales capacity.
Proven track record of success in inside/phone based or sales roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using software, sales tools, and technology platforms to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Able to adapt in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
