About the Work:

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager of Early Life will focus on member onboarding initiatives to help healthcare professionals move from checking out ShiftKey to using the platform to pick up shifts. This person will closely collaborate with our Acquisition team and will own the strategy and execution of our owned channels of email, push, SMS, and in-product. This role requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration with teams (product, credentialing, operations, revenue, and other marketing groups) to grow the healthcare worker user base of our platform in different regions throughout the US and help deliver a great user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) initiatives from development to execution by analyzing customer insights and trends.

  • Collaborate with the growth managers, revenue leads, operational leads, and product leads to accomplish shared KPIs to onboard new members, re-engage members that have lapsed, and more. 

  • Own and optimize existing lifecycle & behavioral campaigns through managing journeys, content, and continuous testing across all digital member touch points. This includes maintaining the LCM Journey Maps.

  • Develop, execute, and scale new lifecycle marketing journeys and one-off campaigns across all channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, site), including identifying the right channel mix.

  • Write strategic briefs that are organized and detailed for multi-channel campaigns. 

  • Collaborate with brand designers and copywriters to deliver messaging to our users that inspire action. This includes briefing new requests and working through feedback/finalizing deliverables.

  • Partner with our marketing technology experts, product managers, and data engineers to get new customer data from our core platform into our marketing automation system to drive more personalized campaigns.

  • Ensure on-time and accurate deployment of campaigns, inclusive of audience development, pre-launch QA, and campaign scheduling.

  • Testing, reporting, and channel analysis, including KPI, weekly channel updates, and forecasting for future months.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and work cross-functionally to implement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience 

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM or email marketing experience and end-to-end campaign management–from conception to execution and everything in between.

  • Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies with a track record of success building and iterating customer workflows to drive business impact, with quantifiable results to prove it.

  • Experience working within marketing automation software (Iterable is preferred) to build complex targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Experience with reporting, A/B testing, targeting, segmentation, and analytics. 

  • Project management background; experience collaborating across multiple departments to execute projects.

  • Proficient with working independently and managing multiple priorities concurrently.

  • Proficient in learning new tools and procedures quickly.

  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.

  • You thrive in an agile, test-and-learn environment; you’re curious and inquisitive by nature and can get up to speed with new marketing solutions if needed. 

  • You have a growth mindset focused on driving outcomes with a can-do attitude and demonstrate a pattern of accountable decision-making.

  • You have a passion for doing what is right by the customer by leveraging sound quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills.
