Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor’sdegree in Electrical Engineering or similar fields

• 8+ years of successfulproject execution track record in similar fields in the Power Sector or Renewablesector

• Good verbal and writtencommunication skills (English). Please submit English resume only

• Willing to travel(Domestic and Abroad)

• Experience withElectrical Software (ETAP, SKM)

• Experience withSiemens, SEL relays

• Experience with toolslike AUTOCAD, COMOS

• Comfortable in MSOffice applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)

• Dual language (Englishand Spanish)

• ElectricalCommissioning Experience

• Turnkey / EPCexperience

• Knowledge of one ormore of the following industries:

• Power Generation orHydrogen Electrolyser or Rectifiers/Inverters technologies 

• Experience in systemengineering for electrical and

• I&C Engineeringincluding:

• Setup of concepts

• Load balances, shortcircuit and voltage drop calculations

• Familiar withelaborating project specific specifications for electrical and I&C systems

• Basic knowledge ofplant operation, including start-up, shut down, transient operation andabnormal operation cases.

• Interface definitionand clarification with external systems and partner scope

• Basic experience intechnical procurement and contract order execution for the above-mentionedcomponents and systems

Your responsibilities

• Within an overallproject team dealing with the project execution of large EPC projects you willwork in the electrical team responsible for the following:

• Design and calculationof electrical components and systems according to standards and the requirementsin customer specification

• Elaboration oftechnical concepts, specifications, and interface descriptions

• Develop and ReviewSingle Line Diagrams, Three Line Schematics, Wiring drawings

• Preparation of andparticipation at contract award negotiations for technical matters, technicalprocurement activities

• Contract orderexecution of the electrical scope

• Contact to customers,consultants and internal partners

• Clarifications withsubcontractors during manufacturing and commissioning phase

• Quality assurance, scheduling,and cost budgeting for the electrical scope

• Participation on designreviews and factory acceptance tests

• Contact to andresponsible for trouble shooting with construction and commissioning site

• Use of various specializedengineering tools

• The electrical scopeincludes the following components and systems: 

• HV and LV Power andDistribution transformers

• MV, LV and DCswitchgear

• Rectifiers / Inverters

• Batteries, chargers,inverters and Diesel generator sets Cables and cable trays

• I&C system

• Grounding

• MV, LV and I&Ccables and cable support systems

• Lighting, power outletsystem

• Communication andsecurity systems

• Electrical Studies inETAP or SKM

• Protection RelayCoordination and Study
