IT Service Portfolio Management Functional Expert

POSITION OVERVIEW AND SUMMARY:

IT XF is responsible for the Governance of the Service Portfolio. This responsibility includes processes design, tools assessment, communication, master data management and interaction with other service related areas like applications, infrastructure and finance.

This role is part of this team, and it is an opportunity to develop a comprehensive view of Service Portfolio Management (SPM), by perfoming different activities and interacting with different partners globally.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in technology, computer science or equal, ideally with experience in project / service management
• Min. 5+ years of work experience in IT sector
• Knowledge of Service Portfolio Management concept (ITIL / ITSM).
• Knowledge of some SPM tool (preferred ServiceNow) along with implementation exposure
• Previous experience as a Service Owner or Portfolio Manager.
• Basic knowledge of service financials
• Be able to deliver in a self-managed environment
• Critical thinking to challenge the status quo
• Ability to communicate and establish good relationships with partners and customers
• Flexibility to handle activities in different time zones (when necessary)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Your Responsibilities

• Being an active member of SPM related projects, by supporting or leading workstreams
• Coordinate and manage IT Service Portfolio
• Responsible for the reassessment and design of SPM process
• Responsible to prepare management reports related to service portfolio
• Develop Service Strategy in coordination with Portfolio and Service Manager
• Representing SPM in the tool change board to discuss necessary changes
• Interaction with Service Owners/Portfolio Manager to define process and align activities
• Manage the complete lifecycle of all services: pipeline, active and retired services
• Act as a facilitator for Business Partners in the strategic decision to use IT services
• Provide information to support prioritization of IT resources and budgets
