Position summary

What you will do :-

  • Install, configure, update, and maintain Citrix, NetScaler, RDS, windows servers.

  • Manage patches and updates for servers and applications, and ensure compatibility and functionality.

  • Monitor server performance, availability, and security, and troubleshoot any issues or incidents.

  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures, and perform vulnerability scans and remediation.

  • Backup and restore data, and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff.

  • Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions, and recommend improvements and upgrades.

Skill you'll need: -

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Citrix, NetScaler, RDS, windows servers, SQL servers, active directory and PowerShell.

  • Certification in citrix virtualization, such as CCA-V or CCP-V are preferred.

  • Working knowledge of networking, Linux, VMWare vSphere, Backups, and Storage.

  • Building and hardening server images for virtual environments.

  • Proficient in managing patches, infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, securing servers, and vulnerability mitigation.

  • Familiar with ITIL, ISO 27001, and other IT standards and frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule and provide on-call support.

  • Experience with AWS and Azure is a plus.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Citrix/Systems administrator or similar role.
