In this role, you'll leverage your prospecting skills to strategically target and acquire new Federal Civilian customers while expanding existing accounts. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and building relationships to closing deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in both new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts within the Federal Civilian market.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets in the Federal Civilian sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
Ability to set ambitious goals and develop innovative strategies to achieve them within the Federal Civilian landscape.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external stakeholders, including Federal Civilian agencies and organizations.
Experience and knowledge of the Federal Civilian market, its regulations, and procurement processes.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $289,000 - $340,000. The estimated base salary for this role is $153,000 - $170,000.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
