Note: This role is equivalent to a Staff Engineer or Technical Leader position in other companies.
OUR IDEAL SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER WILL HAVE:

• 8+ years industry experience working on reliable large-scale cloud SaaS environments supporting mission critical, highly-concurrent, high-throughput and low-latency systems.

• Experience leading teams as well as the ability to be an individual contributor and solve deep technical challenges.

• Good knowledge of distributed systems, APIs and cloud computing patterns

• Self-driven & motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Deep understanding of relational databases and/or key value stores. Experience with Postgres and Redis is highly desirable.

• Strong coding skills in object oriented languages like Golang and/or Java.
