What You'll Do
Lead the catering culinary team, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support as needed
Develop and execute menus that meet contract requirements and food cost targets
Bring artistic culinary flair to impress top-tier clients, while driving innovation and creativity in the kitchen
Stay ahead of culinary trends, ensuring menus are fresh, on-trend, and competitive with industry standards
Create sustainable, health-focused menus that align with current dietary trends and client preferences

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
