Dietetic Technician

ed Dietetic Technician, licensed in TX or be in progress of obtaining within the next 30 days**.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a Registered Diet Technician, licensed in Texas

• Have experience utilizing the nutrition care process, electronic medical records charting and will be responsible for conducting nutrition care and patient assessments for patients with a variety of ages and disease states

• Be able to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff and collaboratively as a part of a team, as well as independently and be outcome focused

• Have good time management skills, be a self-starter

• Engage in physician and multidisciplinary team rounding on patient care units;

• Participate in Performance Improvement and Patient Satisfaction projects;

• Demonstrate excellent communication, customer service and computer and time management skills;

• Thrive in a high energy and demanding environment and be flexible and able to adapt to a changing patient population
