Key Responsibilities:**
Lead and guide a team of multiple direct reports across the account.
Successful HSE client and regulatory audits across the region.
Environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, sustainability, wastewater and stormwater management, etc.
Contractor and subcontractor management
Prepare and submit annual HSE Budget
Timely reporting and investigating health, safety & environmental-related incidents and audit findings.
Prepare and deliver monthly business review presentations to key stakeholders.
Manage audit actions to completion by agreed dates for the client.
Added value to the business by implementing efficient, standardized systems and processes.
Good team player in an international environment, with an ability to be self-managed.
Continuous development of technical and business skills and knowledge.
Flexible to perform ad hoc assignments (special requests, due diligence, etc.).

Candidate should have a solid grounding and practical experience working in the pharmaceutical environment and facilities management areas. The candidate should also have a strong background in auditing.
Ability to monitor key performance indicators across the business and development of a strategic plan for continuous improvement (e.g. goals, KPI's, leading and lagging indicators, and the effectiveness of the strategic plan)
Reporting: Ability to write persuasive and effective reports and communications clearly defining findings, their causes, and recommendations.
Analytical Skills: Must possess strong analytical skills. The ability to systematically gather information from various sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, generate viable alternative solutions to a question or problem, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative.
As this role interacts with senior client representatives and senior Sodexo staff, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required, with an ability to recognize the values within different cultures and acknowledge different ways of working.
Health Safety and Environmental professional, ideally within facilities management background.
Bachelor's or advanced degree desired.
Minimum (7-10) years of Health, Safety, and Environmental experience with recent experience leading a team of direct reports.
CHMM, CIH or CSP certifications are highly desired, not required.
Established knowledge of health, safety, environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, sustainability, wastewater and stormwater management, etc.
