What You Bring

• Hands-on leadership experience in Environmental Services, Custodial, or Facilities-healthcare preferred-with a track record of running reliable daily operations.

• Working knowledge of infection prevention and safety practices (e.g., isolation protocols, terminal cleaning, chemical handling) and comfort operating in regulated settings.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with nursing, facilities, and administration and to deliver excellent customer service.

• Results orientation-organized, data-aware, and committed to continuous improvement that lifts cleanliness scores and patient experience.
