What You'll Do

• manage facilities staff and daily operations

• support the sanitation team

• monitor production equipment, preventative maintenance, and refrigeration

• oversee breakdown, cleaning, and sanitation procedures

• hands-on repairs and troubleshooting

• train, develop, and retain employees

What You Bring

• plant operations and maintenance experience

• basic leadership skills and team building experience

• strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.

• inventory management experience a plus
