Key Responsibilities:
Combine your proven leadership and Facilities Management technical expertise to enhance client programs including short- and long-range planning, construction/renovation projects, preventative and corrective maintenance, and grounds and landscaping.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
a proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments;
strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, and grounds and landscape;
proficient knowledge of CMMS systems;
computer skills - such as MS Office and Outlook;
exceptional customer service and client relationship building and communication skills;
strong attention to detail and administrative skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation;
knowledge of sports fields and turf management;
strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building; and/or
Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) is a plus.
The successful candidate will:
manage the maintenance and grounds crew ensuring the highest level of service quality;
actively work in the mentoring and development of the facilities team;
ensure high quality, service, and problem resolution;
have experience with project management ensuring project completion within timelines, contract specifications, and budget;
have oversight of payroll;
manage quality assurance and safety programs;
assist in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity;
Ensure compliance with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures;
Evaluate, identify, and implement new ideas, technologies or process improvements to increase organizational efficiencies and cost savings.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
