You'll Do**
Lead and manage daily retail food service operations, including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and vendor compliance.
Oversee POS programming, cash handling processes, and ensure all signage (including digital) is accurate and in place.
Conduct brand standard audits and maintain integrity across national and in-house retail concepts.
Ensure adherence to food safety and physical safety standards while supporting a high level of customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
