    assion for innovation and growth.** The General Manager will have full financial responsibility for this account where Sodexo provides Resident Dining, multiple food retail venues, and robust Catering both on and off campus - from high end VIP dinners to weddings, conferences as well as campus meetings and functions. This GM role is primed for ongoing career growth and promotion!

    This Hands-On Campus Dining General Manager will have a demonstrated history managing successful client relationships and will be responsible for directly supervising both Front and Back of the House employees, Influencing a team to continuously deliver for our customers, and have a strong focus on student experience.

    Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

    • Bring 3 - 5 years of experience in a high-volume dining environment - university, hospital, large corporate or restaurant dining, contract management experience a plus!

    • Have a culinary background

    • Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively

    • Have proven financial acumen, managing a large annual budget, forecasting etc and familiar with software applications to record unit figures and analyze to ensure meeting projections

    • Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills and passion for a high level of customer service

    • Demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems (Sodexo FMS & DRIVE, TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience
