What You'll Do
As the General Manager IV / Retail Director, you will have full ownership of the retail side of the business-setting the vision, driving financial performance, and ensuring an outstanding experience for both the client and guests.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading day-to-day food service and retail operations across multiple concepts
Managing the full financial performance of the operation (budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls)
Leading, training, and developing a unionized workforce with a focus on engagement and accountability
Overseeing staffing, scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service excellence
Managing and optimizing mobile ordering and cashless payment systems (Everyday App)
Championing health, safety, and compliance training to ensure a safe and productive workplace

What You Bring
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams, including union hourly employees and salaried leaders
Highly client-savvy with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships
Comfortable representing the brand in a high-visibility corporate environment
Hands-on experience managing retail food operations (corporate cafés, Starbucks, grab-and-go, pantries, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets
Strong skills in ordering, inventory management, and waste control
Ability to lead both strategic planning and hands-on operational support
Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to bring new ideas and solutions to the operation
Commitment to training teams on health, safety, and operational best practices
