• 1 Salaried Retail Manager

• 1 Pantry Supervisor

What You'll Do

As the General Manager IV / Retail Director, you will have full ownership of the retail side of the business-setting the vision, driving financial performance, and ensuring an outstanding experience for both the client and guests.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading day-to-day food service and retail operations across multiple concepts

• Managing the full financial performance of the operation (budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls)

• Leading, training, and developing a unionized workforce with a focus on engagement and accountability

• Overseeing staffing, scheduling, ordering, and inventory management

• Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service excellence

• Managing and optimizing mobile ordering and cashless payment systems (Everyday App)

• Championing health, safety, and compliance training to ensure a safe and productive workplace

What You Bring

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams, including union hourly employees and salaried leaders

• Highly client-savvy with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships

• Comfortable representing the brand in a high-visibility corporate environment

• Hands-on experience managing retail food operations (corporate cafés, Starbucks, grab-and-go, pantries, etc.)

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets

• Strong skills in ordering, inventory management, and waste control

• Ability to lead both strategic planning and hands-on operational support

• Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to bring new ideas and solutions to the operation

• Commitment to training teams on health, safety, and operational best practices
