The successful candidate will:
have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations;
control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;
ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved;
provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team while working side by side in the operation as needed.

are hands-on, and have an innovative leadership approach to management;
are able to work independently and make sound business decisions within company guidelines;
have the ability to manage multiple priorities;
possess strong financial acumen and experience managing a food service operations budget;
are experts in compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.
