• Coordinate daily pick-ups and deliveries with USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and couriers

• Maintain mail/package logs and ensure secure handling of confidential items

• Manage mailroom supplies, postage funds, and basic equipment upkeep

• Provide support for employee mailing requests and large departmental shipments

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized mailroom environment

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of mailroom or office services experience preferred

• Ability to use postage meters, tracking tools, and basic office equipment

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Forklift and Pallet Jack certification preferred, must gain certification within the first 90 days of obtaining the role
