What You'll Do

• Ensure accurate reporting of space and occupancy data while building strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

• Provide space and occupancy planning support to manage supply, capacity, and demand across sites, buildings, and individual spaces.

• Partner with department managers and administrative staff to collect seating assignments and coordinate employee moves and transitions.

• Review and process move requests, develop migration plans, and conduct facility audits to confirm space readiness, compliance, and data accuracy.

• Maintain workplace standards, including furniture guidelines, employee space eligibility, and coordination of furniture repairs as needed.

• Manage external vendors and collaborate with internal teams (facilities, safety, community management, CAD) to ensure end-to-end execution, safety compliance, and timely handling of ADA accommodation requests.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with 0-2 years in occupancy planning, space planning, or facilities operations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to read floor plans and apply working knowledge of furniture systems and space planning concepts.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities and changing daily requests.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with administrative and management-level clients; demonstrates a positive, solution-oriented work ethic and ability to work independently with follow-through.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods as required.
