lead the evening operations of patient room service dining program
supervise and train frontline team and supervisors
coordinate department safety and sanitation
engage with employees and promote an inclusive culture
engage in rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction

supervisory or management experience in the food service industry (restaurants, quick-service, hospitality, contract services, etc.)
natural ability to foster engagement and provide exceptional customer service
proven background managing multiple priorities
demonstrate professional communication skills
have a passion for a high level of customer service

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
