This position will design and create solutions for our business partner's long-term capital plans and will ensure the construction project management team performs to extremely high standards. Additionally, serves as the senior subject matter expert in construction and project management for this global account and may be called upon to serve in additional capacities by executive leadership within Sodexo and the business partner's organization.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participate in and lead executive planning sessions to help set goals and drive continuous improvement.

• Communicate plans and strategies to key leaders and constituents.

• Drive clear performance culture across the business by setting clear expectations and providing relevant feedback to direct reports (for developing and improving performance) holding them accountable for doing the same with their teams. Foster a culture of innovative thinkers and doers.

• Provide executive oversight of capital and operating expenses, ensuring company governance policies are adhered to and that Sodexo meets its financial goals.

• Provide financial forecasts using industry and business partner standards.

• Ensure the financial goals for projects and the enterprise are met.

• Shape solutions that work. Tailor talent, process, and tools to match the environment.

• Partner with Operations, HSE and other teams in a way that supports the company and the business partner's priorities.

• Establish and maintain business partner relationships that are healthy and mutually beneficial.

• Maintain healthy relationships with architects, engineers, strategic suppliers, consultants, and others to ensure the health and competition of the business.

• Lead the project management team in the delivery of world class project delivery.

• Sharing megatrends in design, construction, and workplace strategies.

• Lead a zero-harm mind set culture.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field preferred.

• Professional credentials such as PMP, LEED AP, OSHA 30 (or better).

• Prior experience with transformational change supporting an organization going through rapid growth. Preferably in the oil & gas industry.

• Exceptional communication skills and is poised when communicating to a variety of audiences.

• Proven experience leading from a customer centric, big picture perspective.

• Experience leading large geographically dispersed teams.

• Deep knowledge of capital asset planning.

• Experience working with FM teams and cross functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 10 years
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of experience in construction or related field
