e customer quotes, sales order entry, and product tracking to Deliver on the Promise (DOTP)
Identify and pursue gross margin and market share growth opportunities
Maintain counter sales area with daily stock and merchandising displays
Proactive engagement with customer base to build relationships for increased market share
Process counter returns, will call orders, and handle queues cleanup to compliance standards
Promote Customer Service Guarantee and other value-added initiatives/services

What You Will Bring:

Proficiency in Eclipse is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
Counter and warehouse environment
Frequent use of computer and phone
Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday. Additional evening and weekend hours may be required based on business needs
Punctual and reliable on-site attendance
Heavy Lifting - up-to 50 lbs.
