    Position summary

    lect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.

    • Use credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches, and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers.
    • Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
    • Provide analyses and explanations of all transactions.
    • Copy, file, and retrieve material for accounts receivable as needed.
    • Collaborate with team and take initiative on process improvement opportunities.
    • Promote company policies, initiatives, and internal controls.
    • Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
    • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive business information. 
    • Perform other duties as assigned. 

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work well with others.
    • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Able to meet deadlines.
    • Ability and desire to provide friendly and professional customer service.
    • Proficient in MS Office suite and willing to learn Solar Eclipse

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; higher education preferred.
