    Location: Minneapolis, MN

    Job type: Full time

    Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday

    Salary: $19.90-26.54/hr

    *Compensation for this position includes hourly, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base wage may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.

    What You'll Do

    The primary role of the Credit Support Specialist is to support the Credit Department handling processing of credit applications, new customer account and project account set up, accounts assignments and maintenance, and other tasks as assigned by the Credit Manager.

    You will...

    • Process, analyze, and recommend further action for new account applications within process parameters.

    • Set up new approved customer accounts.

    • Set up new approved project accounts.

    • Set up new Convenient Ship to jobs, make necessary account changes, complet account assignments, and perform periodic account deactivations.

    • Effectively respond to inquiries from internal and external customers on customer accounts including resolution of problems and maintenance of billing information and maintain customer goodwill.

    What You Bring

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma/GED required.

    • 2+ years of office experience.

    • Accounting experience preferred.

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
