Monitor 200wire emails and respond in a timely manner
Utilize LEAN warehousing strategies to eliminate waste
Work toward and achieve 100% order accuracy
Maintain safe and orderly flow of material into and out of the warehouse
Ensure all tasks in the warehouse are done in a timely manner
Facility maintenance and security of interior and exterior
Train and hold employees accountable for a safe work environment including the wearing of PPE (personal protective equipment)
Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
Working knowledge of NCE Computer System and completion of or enrollment into EDGE training

Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) Weights over 50lbs. will require the use of appropriate equipment which could include forklifts or other material handling equipment
Use of wire respooling equipment and wire stripping equipment in warehouse environment
Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
