    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reach Truck Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a reach truck to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
    • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate storage of materials, track inventory levels, and perform routine stock checks.
    • Order Picking: Accurately pick and deliver products as per order requests.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Perform pre-operation inspections and report any maintenance issues.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, and complete all required paperwork promptly.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
    • General Warehouse Duties: Assist in other warehouse duties as required, including packing, labeling, and general housekeeping.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Previous experience as a Reach Truck Operator or in a similar role in a warehouse setting.
    • Licensing/Certification: Valid reach truck operating license/certification.
    • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [Insert Weight]), stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.

    Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Basic math and reading skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
    • Familiarity with RF scanners and barcode technology.
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse environment.
