    • Process inbound customer returns in the system after matching the contents with the details on the sales return order.
    • Verify all inbound return material is accompanied with the appropriate documentation.
    • Work closely with delivery drivers to make sure the returned material is staged only in designated areas.  
    • Ensure that stock material once processed is staged in a designated area for put-away.
    • Document/Label all defective and nonstock material returned from customers and oversee the physical transfer of goods to appropriate defective and Vendor return areas.
    • Communicate with the appropriate sales personal with regards to inbound material returns on any material that is returned and deemed a non-stocking item to facilitate the RGA back to the vendor.  
    • Run open return reports to proactively seek out returns that may need to be cancelled.

    | | | --- | | Qualifications | | - Ability to handle large volume of returns daily.<br>- Good communication skills, organizational skills for keeping records of return invoices.<br>- Self-motivated and a Team player<br>- Proactive in terms of taking the initiative to perform tasks as required<br>- Strong analytical, problem-solving and follow-through skills<br>- Reliable, Time Management, detail oriented and accurate in providing information to associates<br>- Ability to utilize MHE equipment (forklift, order picker, electric pallet jack)<br>- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet cutoff periods and deadlines | | Environment |

    • Job duties may require frequent standing and occasional need to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
    • May encounter extreme hot or cold climates and dusty conditions while pulling product orders.
    • May be required to work annual physical inventory.
