    Job type: Full time

    Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours

    Total Compensation Estimate: $130,000 - $190,000

    *Compensation for this position includes annual salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

    What You'll Do

    To manage/grow sales and profit for the assigned geography. Hire, train, coach, and mentor sales associates. Align sales resources to most effectively grow market share and account penetration based on customer persona.

    You will...

    • Actively engage with sales teams through regular meetings, joint customer calls, and strategic planning for high-value opportunities, with substantial time dedicated to fieldwork alongside sales associates

    • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales targets are met.

    • Maintain knowledge of industry specific trends, local market needs, competition, and service requirements and shift strategy to align with market demands by working with sales team and across all functional areas of the organization.

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve market share and geographic growth. Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets to leadership team.

    • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs

    What You Bring

    Requirements:

    • Minimum education: High school diploma required - Bachelor's degree preferred

    • 5+ years of sales experience

    • Strong knowledge of financial statements and ability to manage financial performance

    • Must have valid driver's license

    • This position occasionally requires work in the evenings and on weekends.

    • Communication skills: ability to build relationships and conduct critical conversations with customers and associates

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
