    Position summary

    What You Will Do:

    • Directly responsible for all PM Freight Put away, Packing, Staging and Order Accuracy activities

    • Partner with AM Load Dispatch and Operations to ensure seamless shift transfer

    • Monitor and improve safety performance

    • Manage warehouse processes, equipment, and associated costs

    • Plan, schedule, and maintain coverage for Areas of Responsibility

    • Monitor department workloads and direct resources accordingly

    • Grow and mentor a world class team

    • NC Tool Kit

    • Other duties as assigned

    What You Will Bring:

    • Proactive communication skills

    • High level of organization

    • Experience with automated technologies

    • Great follow through on tasks

    • Team oriented approach to tasks with excellent customer service skills

    • Previous warehouse and/or driver experience

    • Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word

    • Comfortable writing/responding to emails

    • Proficient in using Solar for trouble shooting common questions related to deliveries

    • Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

    Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

    • Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)

    • Mix of warehouse and office work environments

    • Frequent computer, phone, and scanner usage

    • Usual 40-hour work week, Sunday through Thursday 6PM - 3AM however based on business needs extended and weekend hours may occasionally be required

    • Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance

    Salary & Compensation:

    • This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.

    • Pay is $67,000 to $73,000 annually, DOE.
