What You Will Do:
Directly responsible for all PM Freight Put away, Packing, Staging and Order Accuracy activities
Partner with AM Load Dispatch and Operations to ensure seamless shift transfer
Monitor and improve safety performance
Manage warehouse processes, equipment, and associated costs
Plan, schedule, and maintain coverage for Areas of Responsibility
Monitor department workloads and direct resources accordingly
Grow and mentor a world class team

What You Will Bring:
Proactive communication skills
High level of organization
Experience with automated technologies
Great follow through on tasks
Team oriented approach to tasks with excellent customer service skills
Previous warehouse and/or driver experience
Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word
Comfortable writing/responding to emails
Proficient in using Solar for trouble shooting common questions related to deliveries
Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
Mix of warehouse and office work environments
Frequent computer, phone, and scanner usage
Usual 40-hour work week, Sunday through Thursday 6PM - 3AM however based on business needs extended and weekend hours may occasionally be required
Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance
Salary & Compensation:
This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
Pay is $67,000 to $73,000 annually, DOE.
