NorthEast Electrical is looking for a Transportation Admin to join our growing team!

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Rate: $22/hr

As a member of the Warehouse Organization, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties which relate to the functions of the Transportation Departments as well as the Quality Care Department and will interact with sales, purchasing and other CDC personnel. 

What a typical day looks like in this role:

• Perform dispatch needs such as ETA requests by sales and service failure call-ins from drivers.
• Assist with transportation communication both inbound and outbound.
• Maintain, scan and close manifest daily.
• Record and track daily metrics (# of stops, hours, and miles)
• Assist the Quality care department as needed with job queues, returns, ICQA, etc.
• Assist with routing as needed.

What we are looking for you to bring to us:

• Ability to organize, multi-task and research.
• Working knowledge of Eclipse and Job Queues is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
• Able to work as part of a group.
