    What you can expect in this role

    As a Spectrum Intern, you'll be essential to two teams - your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 29th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

    Internship responsibilities may include

    Business Planning team supports sales & Marketing teams. Direct analysis on all financial and operational impacts. Analyze monthly actual versus forecast assumptions of sales, headcount and expenses. Successful development and execution of data driven financial reporting and data analysis of marketing tactics and sales channel initiatives.

    Job Duties:

    • Assist with sales models for cable and mobile

    • Provide financial analysis on Ad hoc and standard monthly reports

    • Sales Incentive analysis and monthly reporting

    • Work on financial models to ensure accurate allocation among business units for comparison and monthly trending

    Required qualifications

    • Mature judgement and individual initiative; curious and problem solver

    • Ability to work well under pressure and independently, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills

    • Must have at least a https://3.0 GPA or greater in current program

    • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program

    • Authorization to work in the https://U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
