As an Advertising Account Executive I, you will learn the Spectrum Reach business while growing a book of business from the ground up. As an AE 1, you will build relationships with local partners that are looking to grow their business. We will train you on our advanced advertising solutions allowing you to use your sales initiative to grow your client’s bottom line – and your career. We want you to focus on the Travel and Tourism industry, as that is having a huge upsurge now in the Central Florida media market area. If you have experience selling to travel and tourism-related businesses, that would be a big plus!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM REACH

• Basic understanding or experience in sales, with relationship based selling, hunting and cold calls preferred
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications is critical
• Ability to work well with and partner across multiple departments
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills are essential.
• High degree of integrity and ethics
• Adept at working within a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (Business, Marketing, etc.)
• Experience in data driven, digital, social media, advertising, or programmatic media sales
• Knowledge of advertising CRM and software, such as Salesforce and Strata, Scarborough, Polk, or Nielsen
