    This position offers a hybrid work arrangement out of our St. Louis, MO or Murfreesboro, TN offices

    JOB SUMMARY
    The Junior Creative Designer will be responsible for supporting conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that support brand strategies and revenue driving goals of the organization. This position will work as a collaborative partner with other designers and business units to support multi-platform branding campaigns using digital design best practices and basic HTML/CSS coding for marketing, sales and event collateral, and internal and external communications. They will work continuously to support, grow and evolve the Spectrum Reach and Kernel corporate brands.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

    • Actively and consistently support all efforts to uphold and enhance the Spectrum Reach and Kernel brands

    • Assume a role in quality control around customer and associate facing graphic elements

    • Code B2B and internal emails utilizing coded snippets already created

    • Ensure brand guideline consistency in all designed projects

    • Actively participate in discussions and planning around brand and marketing strategies and campaigns

    • Actively collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders

    • Develop and grow relationships with team members

    • In tune with latest multi-platform marketing and design trends and techniques

    • Creative problem solving

    • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

    • Knowledge of multi-media design including: email design and basic HTML/CSS coding, digital media, social media, email marketing design/development

    • Knowledge of print, promotion, b2b sales materials and event collateral nice to have, but not necessary

    • Knowledge of media marketing terminology and media advertising techniques

    • Have a proven track record of developing high quality, creative and compelling concepts for multi-platform advertising

    • Strong corporate design aesthetic and sensibilities

    • Proven ability to work in fast paced environment where demands and direction of work are changing, while managing several projects simultaneously

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, HTML/CSS and code editors, HTML5, email marketing platforms, workflow management software, and Microsoft Office

    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Bootstrap, and AMPscript would be preferred, but not necessary

    Education
    Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience
    Related Work Experience 1-2+ years
    Experience in corporate brand design or b2b marketing and advertising
