Highlights:
You are a critical part of a team responsible for testing and certifying business readiness. As a Business Analyst for Business Readiness Testing, you ensure the successful launch of new Spectrum Enterprise products and services through tests that determine whether products are ready or not. You guide product launches for Data, Voice and Video projects by leading the planning and execution of business readiness testing. You excel at testing and certifying product-driven changes to Salesforce.com, fulfillment tools and lead-to-cash processes in support of Data, Voice Trunks, Unified Communications and Video offerings. You maximize business readiness testing efforts through collaboration with Product Development, IT, Advanced Engineering, Quality Assurance, frontline end-users and other boundary partners. You thrive in an office environment ensuring successful launches for products across the Spectrum Enterprise portfolio. You report directly to the Senior Manager of Business Readiness Testing for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Drive company-wide excellence by working with business stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals.
- Document test approaches and plans to effectively execute testing efforts prior to product launch.
- Report on issues, defects and statuses and guide issue resolution using tools such as ALM, Octane and JIRA.
- Ensure project success by leading the execution of system testing with or without hands-on business engagement.
- Improve existing operations by recommending solutions for general business processes and planning based on an in-depth understanding of the company structure, policies and procedures.
- Propose new strategies for current and future business changes by compiling, analyzing, interpreting and presenting complex data, to include reports, charts and graphs.
- Develop project improvement scopes, to include estimates by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements and costs.
- Assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations based on an analysis of external market dynamics and other data sources.
- Improve solution results by leveraging new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
- Two or more years of business analysis or related experience.
- Solid prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data for multiple projects simultaneously and quickly identify business issues and opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
