Your attention to detail and ability to relay information quickly and accurately will help get new customers connected with Spectrum services. You’ll utilize your fact-finding skills and our resources to identify serviceable customer addresses while maintaining open lines of positive communication with internal clients. What is the Serviceability Specialist role?
It's about building relationships and turning the knowledge you gain in training into customer service wins. Spectrum Serviceability Specialists make a real difference for our customers and the company. You will use a variety of tools and resources to research and determine whether a specific address can be connected to Spectrum's services. This includes explaining your findings to internal clients (Sales, Customer Service, and Field Operations) so they may relay the information to Spectrum's customers. We'll help you develop the skills to get comfortable in your role investigating a location's serviceability. Understanding the process and your customers’ sense of urgency will help you navigate your way to a satisfying customer experience.
