    Position summary

    Directs a program direction, supporting business cases and various enterprise-wide high-level project and program plans.

    Manages a team to ensure the delivery of projects and manages project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.

    Provides oversight and leadership to other Project Managers in project and resource planning, assigning projects, and provides support to direct report project managers.

    Responsible for performance review and monitoring continuous improvement plans.

    Drives an operating rhythm for all project delivery teams that unifies the way we work across all markets.

    Leads a unified portfolio management process for technology projects, leveraging tools, practices, and systems that create transparency and consistency across all markets.

    Reconciles plans and technology systems against our desired future state, redefining our roadmaps with a long-range plan.

    Works with stakeholders to continuously prioritize delivery roadmaps, creating transparency, clarity of commitments, and a change management processes.

    Serves as a mentor to program and project managers and project leaders to educate and assist them with implementing project management processes and making improvement/changes.

    Manages project staff results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; plans, monitors, and appraises job results.

    Accountable for the creation and execution of project management processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of project scope on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.

    Accountable for plans and teamwork assignments, directing work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating & communicating resource needs, ensuring completion of quality reviews, and driving the resolution of issues as appropriate.

    Works with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop program direction and changes.

    Works with stakeholders to define long-range plans, including associated budget forecasts.

    Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.

    Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.

    Partners with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve the goals of the enterprise.

    Partners with senior level management with minimal direction.

    Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of the program.

    Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

    Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

    Demonstrated management skills leading teams of individual program and project managers

    Ability to build high performance teams

    Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner

    Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

    Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics

    Ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole

    Ability in implementing program and project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality

    Demonstrated understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets

    Demonstrated knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified

    Required Education

    Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent experience

    Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

    Management Experience - 5+

    Managing complex programs or projects - 8+

    Preferred Education

    Advanced management or technical degree

    Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

    Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years

    Telecommunications Industry experience preferred - 5+

    Experience working with video solutions, digital technologies, and AI

    A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

    The base pay for this position generally is between $124,000.00 and $220,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
