    Serve as the resident expert on all things NYC, guiding localizations and customizations of campaigns at the state and local levels.

    Collaborate closely with key partners including Creative, Editorial, Digital, Operations and Sales.

    Lead local activations at community events from pre-event planning through day of event activation, and occasionally assist with events led by managers in other markets.

    Gather and consolidate data for marketing programs; create tracking system to report on campaigns, goals and results.

    Coordinate promotional efforts across multiple platforms.

    Contribute to marketing process improvement initiatives.

    Collaborate to identify and develop efficient processes for local and shared implementation and adapt best practices for key initiatives.

    Process marketing invoices and manage financial tracking systems.

    Track and summarize promotional campaigns and events to analyze success.

    Communicate with affiliates and vendors; make payment arrangements and review invoices.

    Maintain and update multiple programming guides as needed.

    Schedule promos across all traffic platforms (linear and digital).

    Review and analyze research findings and incorporate key learnings into marketing initiatives.

    Preform other duties as requested by supervisor.

    Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

    Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner

    Ability to take ideas from concept to completion; handle multiple projects under deadlines

    Ability to prioritize and organize multiple priorities effectively

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

    Demonstrated written and oral communication skills

    Knowledge of apps and other digital products

    Knowledge of media and advertising techniques

    Knowledge of all social media platforms

    Proficient knowledge of personal computer and software applications (https://i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, Internet etc.)

    Required Education

    Bachelor's Degree

    College course work in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience

    The pay for this position has a salary range of $60,https://400.00 to $116,https://200.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
