Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with development, product, and platform teams to align team practices with business goals.
Operational Excellence:
Establish and monitor metrics to ensure systems meet reliability and performance targets.
Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual efforts and enhance system resilience and scalability.
Collaboration & Communication:
Serve as a key stakeholder in technical discussions, advocating for dev/ops principles and best practices.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring organizational alignment.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
Some knowledge of telecommunication/cable services or industry experience
2+ years of Management or leadership experience
