    Position summary

    customer experience across all supported tools.

    • Direct and manage process improvement programs for video operations and ensure consistent operational procedures.

    • Liaison between internal and external groups regarding DevOps principles and infrastructure consistent practices.

    • Provide Engineering support and direction for new or existing technologies and current operations initiatives.

    • Help grow our culture of learning and valuing our talent with mentoring, coaching and other development opportunities for self and team.

    • BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field, and/or equivalent work experience

      • Minimum of Five (5) years of Software Engineering experience

      • At least Five (5) years of DevOps experience

      ADDITIONAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS

      • Strong ability to handle multiple projects and tasks - context switching

      • Must be able to work with internal/external clients, various operation support groups, vendors, carriers and utilize all tools and resources

      • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Management or leadership experience

      • Experience with Containerization and CI/CD

    The pay for this position has a salary range of $98,https://900.00 to $175,https://300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
