    Position summary

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for effective resolution of network outages and impairments to ensure the highest level of customer uptime across the network.

    • Actively involved in break-fix activities related to the access network and partners with internal verticals to drive customer impacting events to resolution.

    • Supports the deployment and activation of access network hardware and software across the network while adhering to corporate change management policies.

    • Responsible for implementation of approved network architecture and designs.

    • Assists with the development and documentation of technical standards.

    • Works on one or more projects as a team member.

    • Performs other duties as requested by Manager.

    BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience

    • Minimum three (3) years network engineering experience

    • Minimum two (2) years Data network experience

    • Minimum one (1) year DOCSIS experience

    • Must be able to work the following schedule: Tuesday - Saturday from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM and on-call rotation, as necessary.

    The base pay for this position generally is between $75,200.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
